 Sabra Carlin was crowned Miss Deaf Minnesota 2007-2009 in a beautiful pageant at Thompson Hall on July 14, 2007. With a platform focusing on proactive involvement with children, Carlin says, "One of my goals is I would like to travel the state and make a difference for every person that I have the pleasure of meeting."
