July 3, 2021 - MADC's response to HF's email
Hello, our President Jackie Correa-Alley has a message for you all about HF's emails. The image description and transcript is below. Thank you.
Opening with MADC logo - MADC in maroon letter above the state of Minnesota in gold color and wrapped with a maroon ribbon three times, ending with a gold star above the state. Est. 1885 underneath the state in maroon against white background, which is in the middle of the screen against a black background.
Image description: Hispanic woman with brown skin, wearing glasses, a ring on left ring finger and black V-neck T-shirt, with shoulder-length curly gray hair pulled back at neck sitting in front of the black background.
The logo fades to show President Jackie with a smile.
Hello, everyone. My name is Jackie Correa-Alley (shows name sign with JC next to left eye), President of MADC. I am making this vlog to (what?) share a concern. (Jackie showing a serious look on face for the rest of the vlog.) MADC Board is aware about emails being sent out as well as several postings on Facebook of a meeting to discuss about MADC actions. The emails were sent by (who?) Herman Fuechtmann (name sign of H on lower left chin area under the corner of the mouth).
We want to clarify that the emails were not from MADC. This meeting is not an official MADC meeting as it does not follow MADC bylaws (not). No one asked for the President to call a meeting (not).
We understand that some of you were uncomfortable with Herman reaching out to you all, using your personal email addresses. Herman used members' email addresses without MADC's permission to share with you all about an upcoming meeting. Thank you.
Closing with MADC logo - MADC in maroon letter above the state of Minnesota in gold color and wrapped with a maroon ribbon three times, ending with a gold star above the state. Est. 1885 underneath the state in maroon against white background, which is in the middle of the screen against a black background.
